Our reality as explained before in another post is only one of the countless relaities in which we don't exist. The previously posted "Who are YOU? is a wonderful tool to explain reality to anyone.
When asked the question: Who are you? most people resopond with their names without realizing that the name just belongs to them and might possibly be shared by many other people. So, they can't be just their names. Next, If asked: If you had another name would you still exist? Most people say yes to that. Then, continuing on if asked what is this pointing to their clothes, they will say its my jacket, shirt, pants, and so on..., so then you ask them so, these belong to you, these clothes aren't you. Then we can move to body parts like hair, head, skin, nose fingers, toes, eyes etc., they will say this is my hair, my head, my skin, my nose, my fingers, my toes, my eyes and so on..., then it becomes very easy to understand that these body parts aren't you, these simply belong to you like you said that these are yours. Same way if asked again: who are you? You are definatedly not the body we see, since it only belongs to you..., so, you are definately not your body...then who are you and what is all this around you which seems so real?
